Before the session I had not been actively working in the Business Concept energy. My first experience with Business Concept was challenging, there was a lot going on around it and I did not reach the outcomes I had hoped to. This caused me to stick my head in the sand somewhat and ignore it all for a period of time. Then, of course, as my desire for change is always present, a couple of synchronicities lead me to book a session with Karen, including getting a whack on the head while out sailing - my team were trying to literally "knock some sense into me!" 

Leading into the session I was feeling quite nervous, unsure and I was lacking in confidence around what was needed for me to move forward with business concept. A guiding principle that Karen works by is Self Love so anything you do with her feels very loving. "I completed the Business Concept BOOST with Karen followed by 3 months in the Business Concept Membership, during quite a transformative time when my energy was calibrating across all areas of my life.
